Selldorf Architects designed the interiors to Philip Johnson’s final residential project, a 12-story glass and steel tower in lower Manhattan that evokes his seminal Glass House, in Connecticut. The firm’s designs for the 40 apartments exemplify the clarity and restraint of Johnson’s masterwork.

Rooms are spaciously laid out, with a visual flow between them that takes advantage of the views and natural light. Materials were selected for their serenity and luxuriousness.
