OAK ROOM AND BAR AT THE PLAZA HOTEL

The renovation of the Oak Room and Bar at The Plaza Hotel. The project skillfully combined contemporary design elements with the historic charm of the establishment, creating a space that honors its original elegance while infusing a modern, vibrant atmosphere for refined dining. Custom-designed loose furniture, lighting, and accessories were crafted to enhance the space, with a standout feature being the new cork flooring in bespoke colors for the Oak Bar. This flooring, designed to replicate the original linoleum pattern, exemplifies the project’s careful attention to detail and received full approval from The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission.
