Selldorf Architects designed the new Esther Schipper gallery in Berlin’s Potsdamer Strasse gallery district. Located in a former printing and warehouse facility, the gallery offers 5,800 sf exhibition space split into a large primary room and a smaller, 1,500 sf space. In addition to a day-lit reception area, skylights are present throughout the gallery spaces. A private showroom is located past a hallway containing staff offices, bathrooms, and a kitchen.
