The Frick Collection Recognized in the “BEST ARCHITECTURE OF 2025” by The Wall Street Journal

We are honored to see The Frick Collection included in The Wall Street Journal’s review of this year’s best architecture. Michael Lewis writes that the work “doesn’t deploy flashy styles, but instead embraces its setting with clarity and sensitivity.”

Of the new auditorium beneath the 70th Street garden, he remarks, “it the most dazzling new space I saw this year, like a German Expressionist’s dream of the inside of an egg. As with all spatial marvels no photograph can render it; only personal experience will do.”
