Selldorf Architects has been selected to convert a former Studebaker Service Station in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn into a mixed-use development. The 155,000 sf project will provide office space for small businesses in addition to featuring space for cultural events and a food hall. More information from the New York Observer.
