Our base salary compensation for this position based on experience ranges from $64,000 to $90,000 in addition to a discretionary quarterly bonus.

This is a senior professional architect responsible to deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining design excellence and maximizing profitability and efficiency. Working closely with the Principal and Partners to develop the design, they lead and direct the work of the project team on a day-to-day basis through all phases. They manage multiple projects at one time. They are responsible for keeping the Principal and Partners informed of all critical project issues. They maintain excellent communication with the client or client representative as well as contractors and sub-consultants. They work collaboratively with the Principal and Partners and other Project Managers, maintaining a firm-wide perspective on resources. Actively contributes to business development efforts and activities.
Our base salary compensation for this position based on experience ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 in addition to a discretionary quarterly bonus.

Senior Project Architect leads the Architectural team alongside a Project Manager. They are responsible for the development and delivery of the drawing set, the coordination of construction documents and consultants and managing Construction Administration on larger projects. They manage the day to day assignments for architectural staff, including Project Architects, on their team and review their work. They oversee the Revit/AutoCAD documentation efforts to ensure quality control. They regularly meet with the Project Manager and Partners to alert them of coordination issues that would impact design, schedule or the overall successful completion of the project. Their technical and design expertise enables them to work on larger and more complex projects. Depending on the scale, complexity and schedule of the project they may work on more than one project at a time. They ensure firm-wide objectives to improve the quality of drawings and procedures are implemented, leading the developing of office standards and seeking out new technological advancements in the industry. They guide and mentor architectural staff.
Our base salary compensation for this position based on experience ranges from $98,000 to $115,000 in addition to a discretionary quarterly bonus.
