This 2,500 sf farmhouse was built on an 18-acre property on the North Fork of Long Island. Satur Farms, an organic produce farm, also functions as a weekend retreat for its Manhattan-based owners—a chef and a wine merchant. Quality of light and proportion of space, as well as
